Set of Six Australian Star Wars Episode I glasses
from Shell Gas Stations.
The US market provided only a few items for Star Wars glass collectors.
There were the two Pepsi etched glasses that were a limited distributed.
They were interesting but not very colorful. I wrote a couple
of weeks ago how a number of exciting glasses were coming from
Australia. The Aussies have come through again. Here is the nicest
set of new Star Wars glasses I have seen to date. They were issued
by Shell gas stations and required a food purchase. American collectors
can expect to pay $8-10 each for these. The cost of shipping the
glasses accounts for about half their price. Check e-bay
if you're looking for a set. They currently appear to be very
plentiful.
