Beautiful 1939 New York World's Fair Glass Set
This set of glasses from the 1939 New York
World's Fair is reminiscent of children's glasses from this era. Their multicolor
design and wrap around graphics make them particularly attractive. This
set was consigned for our auction #62 as lot #442. They are 4 1/2"
tall and the set contains: Parachute Jump, Court of Ships Marine Activities,
Twentieth Century Transportation, Washingtons Statue and Constitution Mall,
Theme Building and The Court of Communications, and A Section of the Court
of States. A truly terrific set!
